How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary according to each country and items selected. Please consult the delivery policy here for more information.

I still haven't received my order/lost parcel

If you have still not received your parcel and it is still in transit when the estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us directly within 15 days after the estimated delivery date. All claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. In which case you have not contacted us, we will not be able to help you.

Please also ensure that you have contacted the carrier and filled out a claim with them before contacting us.

I've entered the wrong delivery address

We are sorry that you have entered the wrong delivery address. We can only change the address before your order is dispatched.

Please contact us as soon as possible with the order number and the new address ici.

In case you did not contact us in time, your order will be delivered to the address mentioned and returned to our premises if the carrier could not find the address.

Contact us so that it can be delivered again to the correct address.

I wish to return or cancel my order

Cancelation

You have the option of canceling your order before it is shipped and before it is processed for printing.

We recommend that you contact us within 24 hours following your order so that we can assist you. In which case, we will not be able to act and your order will leave for shipment.

I have received my order but there is a product missing.

We apologize if you have not received your order in its entirety. Please take into account that your order may arrive in different packages. So check your shipping emails first. Otherwise, please contact us by email upon receipt of your order at hello@feelpositive-theboutique.com or by filling out the form here upon receipt of the order with photo of the package and a sworn statement that such product has not been received.

We will do what is necessary to help you.

Feel Positive will not be able to assist you if you do not contact us within 15 days after receiving your order.

My product is damaged

We're sorry if any of your products arrived damaged. Please send us a picture of it by E-mail within 15 days following receipt of the order and we will send you a new product free of charge.

My parcel is marked as delivered but I have not received it

Please check the following information:

- The address given is correct.

- You have not received a calling card.

- The package has not been given to a neighbor or your caretaker.

- The package was not left at your nearest post office or convenience store.

- The package was not left in a secure place.

If none of the options apply to you, please contact the carrier to report the loss or theft of your package. Please make sure you have your tracking number.
