Refund policy

2. Product Condition : The product must be in its original condition, unused, with its original packaging, in case you have purchased the wrong product or you are not satisfied.

4. Reimbursement Confirmation : Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you via email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
5. Reimbursement : If your request is approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method as soon as possible.
6. Return costs : Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product and if the product needs to be returned in this context.
