Shipping policy

Our products are created on demand. It therefore takes between 2 and 5 days to create the product and then fulfill the order. Delivery then depends on the country of delivery. Please find below our delivery rates and delivery times depending on the country of destination.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. This may vary depending on the carrier and major actions incurred in the destination country (e.g. strike, social unrest, etc.). If you have placed an order for multiple items, please also take into account that your order can be sent in different packages which you can receive on different dates.

All orders with a delivery address within the EU are processed in Europe. Out of respect for the environment and to reduce the delivery delay, orders are processed in the nearest production center.

Please note that some of our products are shipped from our warehouses located in the United States for our Feel Positive Can Glass or to the United Kingdom for certain other products. As a result, orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which will be the responsibility of the recipient depending on the country of destination at the time of receipt of the order.
